Half-year review of the liquidity contract - Additional information

Pursuant to the liquidity contract established by AMOEBA with PORTZAMPARC Trading Company, as of June 30, 2019, the liquidity account held the following assets:

• 19,476 AMOEBA shares,
• EUR 16,200.11

It is recalled that at the time of implementation (on the date of entry into force of the contract in accordance with AMF Decision 2018-01 of 2 July 2018 - position at 31/12/2018), the following resources were included in the liquidity account:

• 12,148 AMOEBA shares,
• EUR 26,408.77

During the first half of 2019, there was a total of:
