Half-year review of the liquidity contract

Relating to the liquidity contract established by AMOEBA with PORTZAMPARC Trading Company, the liquidity account held the following amounts on 31st December 2016:

• 9,749 AMOEBA shares,
• 70,243.29 euros.

As a reminder, at the time of implementation, the following amounts were present in the liquidity account:

200,000.00 euros.
