AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of AML3D Limited (‘AL3’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AL3, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 22 November 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3 or ‘the Company’) requests that a trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to the Company’s securities quoted on the ASX from the commencement of trading today, 20 November 2024.
The information required under Listing Rule 17.1 is set out below:

The Company requests a trading halt pending an announcement regarding a capital raising (“Capital Raise”).

The trading halt should remain in place until the earlier of the release of an announcement by the Company concerning the Capital Raise or the commencement of normal trading on 22 November 2024.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.

There is no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
