AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of AML3D Limited (‘AL3’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of AL3, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 5 October 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

AML3D Limited (ASX:AL3) ( Company ) hereby makes application for an immediate trading halt of its securities from the commencement of trading today.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

• The trading halt is requested pending an announcement of a proposed capital raising by the Company ( Announcement ).

• The Company wishes the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the Announcement to the market, or commencement of trading on 5 October 2020.

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any information necessary to inform the market or the ASX about the trading halt.
