CHANGE IN DIRECTOR ROLE
AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) ( "AML3D" or "the Company" ), advises that Mr Andrew Sales has stepped down from the role of Chief Technology Officer (‘CTO’) and will continue on the Board as a Non-Executive Director effective immediately.
The Company confirms Mr Sales has provided 6 months notice as per Employment agreement as responsibilities are transferred across to the senior leadership team. The Board does not consider Mr Sales to be an independent director for the purposes of the ASX Corporate Governance Principles, having regard to his recent executive role.
The Board thanks Mr Sales for his outstanding contribution to the Company as Founder (since 2014) and former Chief Executive Officer (2019-2022), and for his leadership in establishing and growing the business. The Board looks forward to his continued valued contribution in their role as a Non-Executive Director.
