ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) (AML3D or Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company will be held at 10.30 am ACDT on Friday 19 November 2021.

The AGM will be held online as a virtual meeting. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the Company’s Constitution, valid nominations for the position of director are required to be lodged at the registered office of the Company by 5.00 pm ACDT on 11 October 2021.
