On April 30, 2026, Amkor Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of its offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 0.00% Convertible Senior Notes due 2031 (the “Notes”). The Company also announced its intention to use the net proceeds of the offering to enter into certain capped call transactions and for general corporate purposes, including capital expenditures. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
