We wish to inform you that in the 47[th] AGM held on 28[th] September, 2022 M/s S A R A & Associates, Chartered Accountants having Firm Registration No. 120927W are appointed as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 5 years, with effect from the 47[th] AGM till the conclusion of the 52[nd] AGM of the Company.
