Update on Requisition of General Meeting

The Company has received an update to the formal notice from Richmond Group Limited ('RGL') requisitioning a general meeting of the Company's shareholders (the "Requisition Notice") reported on 27 August 2020.

RGL have withdrawn the resolution to remove Glen Crawford as a director of Amigo.

As reported on 27 August 2020 the Company intends to post a notice of general meeting, containing the valid resolutions set out in the Requisition Notice, to its shareholders, by no later than 17 September 2020. 

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
