Annual Report, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy

Amicorp FS (UK) Plc, the international specialist fund services group, announces that the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("Annual Financial Report 2023") and the 2024 Notice of AGM are today being posted to its shareholders.

A full pdf version of the Annual Financial Report 2023 together with the Notice AGM is available for download from the Investor Information section on the Company's website. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, a copy of the Annual Financial Report 2023 has been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 26 June 2024 at 3.00pm (BST) at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau, 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR.
