Board Changes

Amicorp FS (UK) Plc, the international specialist fund services group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Hoekjan, the Group's Chief Operating Officer ('COO'), as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Robin joined AMIF's Executive Management team, which is separate to the PLC Board, as COO on 28 March 2024. Robin will continue to perform his COO role following his appointment to the AMIF Board of Directors. He has a wealth of experience in the fund administration industry having worked across many jurisdictions, including London, Amsterdam, Luxembourg and Dubai.  As COO, his knowledge has helped drive operational excellence and IT advancement across the Group.

Robin joined AMIF from TMF Group, a Dutch multinational professional services firm, where he worked for four years in various roles, including most recently as Global Head of Onboarding and Investor AML/KYC. Prior to this, Robin was Head of Depositary Services at a specialised administration services company, as well as having held several roles in a number of fund management firms, focusing on portfolio management and deal making in listed securities, private equity and venture capital.

As part of these Board changes, Kiran Kumar, the previous Chief Operating Officer of the Company, has with immediate effect stood down from his position as an Executive Director of the Company, to focus on the business development and promotion of the Group's Business Process Outsourcing division.

No information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph  9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.

Commenting on the Board Changes, Kin Lai, CEO of AMIF, said: " I am pleased to announce today the appointment of Robin to our Board.  He joined us as our COO earlier this year and has been an excellent appointment and we have already started to see the benefits of his deep knowledge and experience of the fund administration sector in which we operate.  We believe that Robin is extremely well placed to support AMIF in its next phase of growth and we look forward to his continued insight and counsel.
