Grant of Options

Amiad Water Systems Ltd. (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces the grant of 50,000 options to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each in the Company (the "Options") to Mr. Eli Opper, Chairman of Amiad, on 11 December 2014 (the "Grant Date") pursuant to the terms of the Amiad Water Systems Ltd 2012 Share Option Plan and under the option agreement entered between Mr. Opper and the Company. The grant of the Options to Mr. Opper was approved by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting on 22 September 2014.

The Options are subject to a four-year vesting schedule whereby 25% of the Options will vest annually from the Grant Date, and have an expiry date of 10 December 2021. The Options are exercisable at a price of 117.5 pence each. Mr. Opper has no other interest over ordinary shares in the Company.

Following the grant of Options, the total number of options outstanding over Amiad ordinary shares is 415,000 representing 1.83% of the Company's issued share capital.
