Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that, on 27 April 2021, Noam Shlasky, Chief Operating Officer of Amiad and a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company, sold 16,463 ordinary shares of NIS 0.5 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 335 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Shlasky has no interest in the Company's issued share capital.
