Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that, on 13 July 2020, Issey Ende, VP Marketing, Business Development & Technologies, Industry and a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company, sold 2,705 ordinary shares of NIS 0.5 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 230 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ende has no interest in the Company's issued share capital.
