Director Shareholding

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has today received notification that Simon Olswang, a non-executive director of the Company, has today sold a total of 16,500 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 174 pence per share.

Following the transaction, Simon Olswang has no interest in the share capital of the Company.
