Director Share Purchase

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has today received notification that Mr. Derek Zissman, a non-executive director of the Company, today purchased 12,500 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 150 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr. Zissman has an interest in 12,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
