Director's Shareholding

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has received notification that, between 2 - 4 December 2014, Simon Olswang, a non-executive director of the Company, sold a total of 3,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 140 pence per share.

Following the transactions, Simon Olswang has an interest in 16,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
