Director's Share Purchase

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has received notification that, on 2 December 2014, Amos Shalev, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 3,250 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 146 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Amos Shalev has an interest in 3,250 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01% of the entire issued share capital of the Company. Mr Shalev is also the Chairman of the Board in Bermad Industries A.C.S. Ltd. which currently holds 2,038,443 Ordinary Shares representing 8.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.
