Director's Share Purchase

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has received notification today that Simon Olswang, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 NIS each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 17 September 2013, at a price of 315 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Simon Olswang has an interest in 24,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.1% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
