Management Change

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that Ms Irit Ben-Dov, Chief Financial Officer and V.P. Finance of the Company, has been appointed to the position of EMEA Region Manager of Amiad, and is expected to step down as CFO to assume the new role in early 2019. She will be one of three region managers, with the other areas being the Americas and APAC.

Each region manager is responsible for strategy execution and driving growth as well as operational efficiency in their respective geography, including overseeing the Company's global subsidiaries in their region. This organisational structure, with three region managers each reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, has been established to support the Company's strategy execution and to strengthen Amiad's global foundations by providing further regional focus as the Company expands.

Ms Ben-Dov will continue to act as CFO until a replacement takes office and an orderly handover has occurred. Amiad has commenced a search for her replacement as CFO and will issue a further announcement in due course.
