Amiad, a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that, following the disposal by Viola Private Equity I L.P. ("Viola"), as announced on 6 December 2013, of 3,543,554 ordinary shares, representing approximately 15.6 per cent. of the issued share capital of Amiad, Mr. Harel Beit-On, Viola's representative on the Board of Directors, has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Mr. Beit-On had served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1 April 2009.
