Result of EGM and Directorate Change

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. These included the appointment as Non-executive Directors of the Company of Ms Ronit Fein and Ms Avital Refaely, both with effect from the conclusion of the EGM.

Details of the proxy voting results, which should be read alongside the Notice of EGM, are below:
