Result of Annual General Meeting

Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or the "Meeting"), held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. Resolution 8, which concerned the re-appointment of Mr. Derek Zissman as a statutory external director of the Company, was formally withdrawn ahead of the Meeting and the Company will provide an update on this matter in due course.
