Beck, do hereby consent to the public filing of the technical report entitled "NI 43101 Technical Report for the Thompson Valley Lithium Project Exploration Target, Yavapai County, Arizona, dated effective January 17, 2023 (the "Technical Report") relating to the Thompson Valley Lithium Project by Ameriwest Lithium Inc. (the "Issuer"), and I acknowledge that the Technical Report will become part of the Issuer's public record.

I, as one of the authors of the Technical Report, also consent to being named in the amended and restated annual information form of the Issuer dated March 16, 2023 (the "AIF") and to the use of the Technical Report in connection with the filing of the AIF and to the inclusion of extracts from and a summary of the Technical Report in the written disclosure contained in the AIF.

I hereby confirm that I have read the AIF, including the written disclosure of extracts from and a summary of the Technical Report contained in the AIF or incorporated by reference therein, that such disclosure fairly and accurately represents the information in the Technical Report and that I have no reason to believe that there are any misrepresentations in the information contained therein that is derived from the Technical Report or that is within my knowledge as a result of the services performed by me in connection with the Technical Report.
