Following a continuous disclosure review by the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC"), Ameriwest Lithium Inc. (the "Issuer") has filed the following amended Technical Report for the Koster Dam Project entitled "NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Koster Dam Project, Clinton Mining Division, B.C. with Recommendations for Continuing Exploration, dated May 6, 2022 amended on August 27, 2022, October 14, 2022 and February 20, 2023" (the "Technical Report"). The Issuer engaged the services of Independent Qualified Person ("QP") Geoffrey Goodall to amend the Technical Report to correct deficiencies noted by the BCSC. Current QP consent for the Technical Report is provided below.
The current QP consent has been amended to include this letter.
