AMERIWEST LITHIUM INC. ANNOUNCES FILING OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Vancouver, British Columbia, September 1 2021 – Ameriwest Lithium Inc. (“ Ameriwest ” or the “ Company ”) (CSE: AWLI) (OTC: AWLIF) (FSE: 5HV0) announces, further to its news release dated August 31, 2021, that its annual financial statements for the year April 30, 2021, including the related management discussion and analysis and CEO and CFO certifications (collectively, the “ Annual Financial Filings ”), have been filed on SEDAR.
The Company expects that the management cease trade order (“ MCTO ”) imposed against the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company in connection with the late filing of the Annual Financial Filings, will be revoked.
