I, B.L. Laird, P. Geo., hereby consent to the SEDAR (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval) filing and/or public filing in any other manner of the technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Koster Dam Project, Clinton Mining Division, British Columbia, with Recommendations for Continuing Exploration” dated February 24, 2020 (the “ Report ”) with the securities regulatory authorities referred to above. I further hereby consent to the use of extracts from, or a summary of, the Report in the amended and restated preliminary prospectus of the Company dated March 23, 2020 (the “ Amended Preliminary Prospectus ”) filed by the Company and to being named in the Amended Preliminary Prospectus.

I confirm that I have read the Amended Preliminary Prospectus and that the disclosure in the Amended Preliminary Prospectus fairly and accurately represents the information in the Report that supports the disclosure in the Amended Preliminary Prospectus.
