I, B.L. Laird, P. Geo., hereby consent to the SEDAR (System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval) filing and/or public filing in any other manner of the technical report entitled "NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Koster Dam Project, Clinton Mining Division, B.C., with Recommendations for Continuing Exploration" dated February 24, 2020 (the "Report") with the securities regulatory authorities referred to above. I further hereby consent to the use of extracts from, or a summary of, the Report in the final prospectus of the Company dated May 6, 2020 (the "Prospectus") and to being named in the Prospectus.
