SHARE PLACEMENT

The Company is pleased to announce the successful completion of a share placement to sophisticated investors to provide additional working capital to further strengthen the Company’s financial position.

The placement comprises 5,166,666 ordinary shares (13.6 %) at an issue price of 6 cents each.

Following the allotment of the shares under the placement, the Company will have 43,166,669 ordinary shares on issue.
