BOARD CHANGES

The Company wishes to advise of the following changes to the Board of Directors:

Greg Down has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect due to recent unexpected and significant ill health. The Board would like to thank Greg for the significant contribution he has made to GTI Resources since incorporation and in particular achieving an ASX listing. Greg will retain a limited involvement with the Company as an external consultant as circumstances permit.

Darren Crawte, GTI’s Company Secretary, has been appointed as a Non Executive Director of the Company.
