As discussed with William Mastrianna yesterday afternoon, I am writing to provide you with a written confirmation of the expected timing of the response of our client, América Móvil S.A.B. de C.V. (the “ Company ”), to the September 25, 2015 comment letter of the staff of the Division of Corporate Finance of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “ Staff ”) on the Company’s annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014. The Staff requested the Company’s response within ten business days of the letter’s date.

The Company has concluded that it will require ten additional business days to consider the Staff’s comments and prepare its response. Therefore, I respectfully advise that the Company expects to submit its response to the Staff’s comments by October 26, 2015.
