“América Móvil informs to the market”

Mexico City, July 21, 2022. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. (" AMX ") [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV] , announces that in the absence of an agreement between its subsidiary Teléfonos de México, S.A.B. de C.V. (“ Telmex ”) and the labor union ( Sindicato de Telefonistas de la República Mexicana ), such union initiated today a strike in Telmex. Telmex and the union, with the mediation of the Ministry of Labor ( Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social) , are in dialogue to reach an agreement during the following hours. Telmex continues to provide services for the benefit of its clients.
