“América Móvil informs about spectrum auction results in Uruguay”

Mexico City, August 14, 2017. América Móvil, S.A.B. de C.V. ("AMX") [BMV: AMX] [NYSE: AMX | AMOV] , informs that, as a result of the spectrum auction carried out today by the Regulatory Unit of Communication Services (“ URSEC ”) in Uruguay, its subsidiary A.M. Wireless Uruguay, S.A. (“ Claro ”) gained a total of 20MHz in the 700 MHz band and 20 MHz in the 1700/2100 MHz (AWS-E) band. The concessions will be in force for 20 years.

These concessions will be granted upon compliance of certain requirements provided under the auction rules issued by URSEC.
