Amer Sports Corporation has received information to the effect that the
ownership of Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company in Amer Sports Corporation's
share capital and voting rights has fallen below 5% on January 30, 2014. Varma
Mutual Pension Insurance Company now owns 3,580,680 shares, which represent
3.02% of Amer Sports Corporation's share capital and voting rights.

Amer Sports' share capital consists of 118,517,285 issued shares.
