Amer Sports Corporation has received information to the effect that owners of
institutional investors and funds, who have given full discretion over their
investments to Silchester International Investors LLP, has fallen below 15%.
Silchester International Investors LLP now owns 18,133,818 shares, which
represent 14.92% of Amer Sports Corporation's share capital and voting rights.

Amer Sports capital consists of 121,517,285 issued shares.
