Constitutive meeting of Amer Sports Corporation Board of Directors
At its organizing meeting following the Annual General Meeting, Amer Sports
Corporation's Board of Directors appointed Bruno Sälzer as Chairman and Ilkka
Brotherus as Vice Chairman.

"Knowing Amer Sports as a Board Member since 2008, I feel very honored to be
elected as Chairman. With Salomon, Wilson, Arc'teryx, Atomic and other famous
brands, Amer Sports is one of the biggest and the most international sporting
goods companies", says Bruno Sälzer.

Bruno Sälzer, German citizen, has been working as the CEO for many years at Hugo
Boss, Escada and today at Bench. He is also a Supervisory Board Member at
Lacoste Holding, Paris, and Deichmann SE, Essen.

The Board appointed from among its members the following members to the
