Amer Sports' results bulletin for the year ending December 31, 2012 will be
published on Thursday, January 31, 2013. Amer Sports will also publish a 2012
financial review including the CEO's review, Corporate Governance Statement and
Financial statements. This report will be available in English and Finnish and
can be downloaded as a pdf-file and ordered as a printed copy at
www.amersports.com the week starting February 18, 2013.

Amer Sports Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2013. An
announcement regarding the AGM resolutions will be released immediately
following the meeting.

In 2013, Amer Sports will publish its interim results as follows:
- for the January to March period, on Thursday, April 25
- for the January to June period, on Thursday, July 25
- for the January to September period, on Thursday, October 24
