Amer Sports: Changes to the Performance Share Plan

December 20, 2013 at 9.30 am

The Board of Directors of Amer Sports has decided to make the following changes
to the company's Performance Share Plan 2013-2015 for the Group key personnel:

* the number of employees included in the Performance Share Plan is extended
from approximately 80 to 200 persons, and
* the amount of net rewards to be paid on the basis of the Performance Share
Plan is increased from a maximum total of 1,200,000 to a maximum total of
1,400,000 Amer Sports Corporation shares.

The Performance Share Plan was approved on December 14, 2012. The other terms of
the Performance Share plan remain unchanged.

The changes are related to the expiration of the company's deferred cash long-
term incentive program 2011-2013 on December, 31, 2013.
