Amer Sports appoints Heikki Norta Chief Digital Officer

Amer Sports Corporation has appointed Mr. Heikki Norta Chief Digital Officer to
lead the acceleration of the Group's Connected Devices and Services, effective
October 22, 2015.

Previously Mr. Norta has worked in various leadership positions at Nokia and
Microsoft in the areas of wireless products and digital services, most recently
in the United States. Mr. Norta will report to Heikki Takala, Amer Sports
President & CEO and he becomes member of Amer Sports' Executive Board.
