At its organizing meeting immediately following the Annual General Meeting, Amer
Sports Corporation's Board of Directors unanimously appointed Anssi Vanjoki as
Chairman and Ilkka Brotherus as Vice Chairman. The Board appointed from among
its members the following members to the Committees:
