Dividend Declaration

The Board is pleased to announce an interim dividend of 2.00p per ordinary share. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 15 January 2026 and the dividend will be paid on or around 31 January 2026 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 16 January 2026.
