AMCIL Limited Share Purchase Plan Results

Dear Sir / Madam

The Company advises that the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced to the ASX on the 8 October 2020 closed on 16 November 2020 with applications from approximately 850 shareholders totalling $18.2m.

The Company further advises that the price set in order to calculate the number of ordinary shares to be issued to participants in the 2020 Share Purchase Plan is 97 cents per share and the new AMH shares will be issued on Wednesday 25 November 2020.
