The Board announces the retirement of Mr Richard Santamaria as a Director of the Company, effective immediately. Mr Santamaria has been a Director of the Company since 1996. The Board deeply appreciates Mr Santamaria’s 22 years of dedicated service to shareholders and outstanding contribution to Board matters, including as a member of the Investment and Audit Committees.
