AMCIL Limited Update on Board Composition

The Company today announces that following his retirement as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on 31[st] December 2017 Ross Barker will remain on the Board of AMCIL Limited as a non-executive Director.

Pursuant to rule 53(f) of the Company’s Constitution Mr Barker will be eligible for reelection at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company in 2018.
