AMCIL Limited Retirement of Director – Mr Peter Barnett

The Board wishes to advise the retirement of Mr Peter Barnett as a Director of the Company, effective immediately.

Mr Barnett has been a Director of the Company since it commenced operations in 1996. The Board deeply appreciates Mr Barnett’s 20 years of dedicated service to shareholders and outstanding contribution to Board matters, including as Chair of the Audit Committee throughout the life of the Company.
