EVENING SHAREHOLDER MEETING IN MELBOURNE

The Company will be holding an evening information meeting to give shareholders and interested parties the opportunity to ask questions and hear about our recent investment activities across the investment companies that we manage.

The presentation will be combined with Australian Foundation Investment Company, Djerriwarrh Investments and Mirrabooka Investments, three listed investment companies that are also managed by the team. The presentation will cover general market conditions and outlook, and key performance and portfolio matters for the four companies.

The details of the meeting are as follows:

Date : Wednesday 28 May 2025

Time : 5.30pm for light refreshments and presentation to begin at 6.00pm.

Venue : Arthur Streeton Auditorium, Sofitel Melbourne – 25 Collins St, Melbourne, VIC, 3000
