SHAREHOLDER INFORMATION MEETINGS

Following the Company’s Annual General Meeting in Melbourne, the Company will be holding informal meetings in Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Brisbane, and Sydney to give shareholders the opportunity to hear about the full year results to 30 June 2022 and our more recent investment activities.

Given it has been some time since the team that manages AMCIL has been able to meet directly with shareholders of the Company and to make these meetings more efficient we are combining the presentations with Mirrabooka Investments and Djerriwarrh, two listed investment companies that are also managed by the team. The presentation will cover general market conditions and outlook, and key performance and portfolio matters for the three companies.
