Further, pursuant to provisions of Regulation 47 of SEBI Listing Regulations, the extract of the Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30[th] June 2025, has been published by the Company in Financial Express Newspapers in English (all edition) and Gujarati language (Ahmedabad edition) on Friday, 01[st] August 2025. Copies of the Ahmedabad edition (English and Gujarati) are enclosed for your information and record.

Furthermore, in terms of the provisions of Regulation 46 of SEBI LODR, the said results will also be uploaded on the website of the Company i.e.www.ambujacement.com.
