Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 and to recommend the dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.
Trading window closure:
As informed vide our earlier letter dated March 28, 2026 and pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, and as per the Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2026 and will re-open after 48 hours from the announcement of results on May 4, 2026.
Investors call:
The Company will hold investor / analyst calls on May 4, 2026 to discuss the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 and business outlook. The details of the call are enclosed herewith.
