Closure of Trading Window under SEBI Regulations on "Insider $Sub:$ Trading"
This is to inform that pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the First Quarter Financial Results by the Company for the Year ending 31st December 2021, to the Stock Exchanges.
It means that the directors/designated persons of the Company shall not either directly or through their immediate relative/s trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period.
Intimation regarding opening of the Trading Window will be given to you separately later.
